1. What This Reference Is
Anaheim Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, recorded-document indexes, and directory collections that may show who lives or has lived in Anaheim, California. It describes and links to those sources but does not host government records. It is independent of every office, court, library, and records custodian it names.

The pages and any results returned by a linked search tool are not consumer reports and may not be used to evaluate eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another purpose covered by the FCRA.
4. External Resources
Government portals and third-party services, including the Anaheim records portal, Orange County Clerk-Recorder, and sponsored search tools, maintain their own terms and policies. Anaheim Residents Directory is not responsible for an outside resource's content, availability, pricing, or data practices.

9. Changes to the Terms
A revised version may be posted on this page at any time. Continued use after the revision is posted means that you accept the updated terms.
10. Access Restrictions
Access may be blocked or limited for a user who violates these terms or abuses the service. The operators may take that step at their discretion and without advance notice.
11. California Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Requests to California agencies are governed by the California Public Records Act (CPRA), Government Code §§7920.000 et seq.; Government Code §7922.535 generally gives an agency ten calendar days to determine whether it holds disclosable records, which is not a production deadline. Applicable California consumer privacy rights are addressed in Civil Code §1798.100 et seq. Neither statute makes this private reference a government agency or records custodian.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
